There is no need for “perfection,” but any professional Employer will respect the attention to detail and it make the Recruiters job easier. Remember, this is your chance to make a great first impression. The key when recording these interviews is to be yourself and be personal. Remember to smile, laugh, and cite specific examples makes of your accomplishments to make the user experience more memorable.
The Video Interviews do not have to be recorded all at the same time, actually it’s better if each Section is recorded separately – with a fresh wardrobe and even a background change.
