As always, we are building your Professional Brand with everything we do.  We ask that you consider your attire, the lighting, the audio quality, and the background that is being displayed in the videos.  There is no need for “perfection,” but any professional Employer will respect the attention to detail and it make the Recruiters job easier.  Remember, this is your chance to make a great first impression.  The key when recording these interviews is to be yourself and be personal. Remember to smile, laugh, and cite specific examples makes of your accomplishments to make the user experience more memorable.

The Video Interviews do not have to be recorded all at the same time, actually it’s better if each Section is recorded separately – with a fresh wardrobe and even a background change.  Our initial research has indicated that this slight change visually helps the decision maker visually separate you (the Candidate) into “multiple” meetings and in doing so the Candidates gain the immediate advantage of familiarity.
