Confidential treatment of information is vital, especially in the industry we represent. For seekers it means a clear understanding of the company’s culture, the position to be filled. For the Employer it means that the positional, reporting, compensation requirements are clearly expressed.
The ability to successfully introduce a worthy Job Seeker and a quality Employer revolve, in no small part, around this code. The final integration creates synergy for both Seeker & Employer during the initial days, weeks and even months.

2. Performance is Critical & Compassion is Vital (Jin)
However you phrase it, our “reason for being” is to find talent and introduce them to quality companies in a very specific market. Only when this is accomplished, Job Seekers can realize their career aspirations and Employers can reach the pinnacle of professional heights. We are only successful when you are.
To tie our success to yours, we guarantee that if the chosen candidate leaves within a prescribed period of time, the candidate will be replaced at no additional fee to the Employer. Performance is our measuring stick, and it reflects on the merits of each individual’s contribution from the candidate to the recruiter. If a candidate falls below your expectations, they fall below ours.

Our goal with every interaction is to have people receive what they may not have expected. Sometimes making a hard choice requires a great deal of courage. Close consultation with key decision makers, both in the initial analysis of the company’s needs and in the process of assessing the candidates is vital to achieve expectations. Rise up above the people that are afraid to act.
It is our goal to look closely vital details like candidates compensation levels, location requirements, experience level, as well as how the company is viewed within the market. As a professional organization engaged in recruiting talent, we focus on Courtesy in every aspect of our organization, from how we answer the phone to our follow-up communications long after the placement has been completed. Not every candidate will be suited for a job or an employer, and not every Employer will be deserving of every candidate. Communications about factual truths must be honestly expressed and be conducted with courtesy regardless of the difficulties presented. Without this outward respect, we are just animals.
Comprehensive knowledge of the industry in which the searches are conducted, remains paramount. That includes the open way we communicate if we have not yet been able to locate a qualified candidate we feel comfortable in highlighting for your consideration. Actions and their consequences define those who take them. We have a policy of not actively recruiting from an Employer for a prescribed amount of time after we have been retained to perform a search. Because of the value we place on Loyalty, options have been made available to Employers so they never have to worry about a valued team member being actively recruited away from their ranks by EyeRecruit.
Temptation to compromise loyalty is most commonly related to greed and selfishness. There are no personal or professional compromises that can be justified in the end. Loyalty, devotion and duty represent clear and non-negotiable commitments either to a person, a place, a thing, a cause, a belief or even something as simple as a promise. A sense of Duty and a unwavering commitment to Loyalty will be the greatest gift you could ever give your self…or the rest of the world.
