RESEARCH: Before we begin our work, we listen very carefully to yours.

Our first goal is to sit down with our clients and understand everything that there is to know about their business. We learn about your business activities, the existing structure of the organization, the current culture, the future growth plans if the business and the kinds of people who thrive in your environment.

ENGAGE: Developing our Search Strategy

Next, we work together to define the role you need to fill. In addition to learning the basic job requirements, we want to know what personalities you think works best in the position and what interpersonal skills are critical to success. We want to know what is included in your job offer and what the job seeker should expect working for you. During the development of our Search Strategy, we focus on finding EXACTLY what you’re looking for.

LOCATE: Quality choices are the goal.

We are engaging with Employers, but we never loose our focus on engaging with Job Seekers. We get to know Candidates before you need them, using a unique candidate profile. We then present you with those that most closely match your desired request. In our Retained and Contingency Recruiting services, we also communicate directly with the Job Seeker to make sure your objectives are aligned with theirs. Our process is designed to give you access to options. No one knows better than you who would fit best into your culture.

DELIVER: Our job does not end when the paperwork is signed.

From the time an agreement has been made and before the first day of employment we continue to deliver. The successfully integration of a new team member is vital. On boarding and orientation is a strategic process. Making sure a new team member feels welcome, prepared and ready to make a positive impact in the shortest amount of time will have the largest impact on the company’s bottom line. Our approach can be as simple as some basic scheduled communications at milestones to check progress, gather feedback, and monitor satisfaction.
