EyeRecruit is an executive search, recruiting and human capital provider As such we collect a variety of personal data necessary to provide such services in a proprietary and highly confidential database accessible only to EyeRecruit, Subscribers, Recruiters and contracted vendors. Categories of personally identifiable data may include, but are not limited to: career history, education history, professional experience, resume / CV and contact information. By choosing to enter your personal information on this website, you indicate your willingness to disclose this information and to be considered, when appropriate, for one of EyeRecruit’s confidential executive searches, for presentation to or for job matching with a client vacancy. If you do not wish to disclose your personal information, EyeRecruit will be unable to provide you the services offered by this website, since employment, educational and other personal information is necessary for us to provide a professional assessment of employment opportunities available to you. It is not the policy of EyeRecruit to seek any sensitive information through our websites unless legally required for recruitment purposes. Sensitive information includes data relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, or criminal record. EyeRecruit is a business specifically focused on individual job seekers seeking employment, as well as employers (either directly as customers of EyeRecruit or through Customers that use EyeRecruit Services) seeking to hire individual job seekers for employment. EyeRecruit collects and discloses sensitive information only where it is directly related to search and recruitment assignments, except in legal compliance.

Information We Collect Automatically – When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect information about you, including without limitation: Log Information. We log information about your use of the Service, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to the Service. Also collected are the details of your visits to our Site and use of the Service, including traffic data, location data, logs and the resources that you access and use on our Site or the Service. We also gather information about your computer and Internet connection, operating system and browser type, device identifier (“UDID”) and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. We do link this automatically collected data, to other information we collect about you. We do this for many reasons, including without limitation for our mutual security, to improve services, marketing, analytics, and site functionality. Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device or computer you use to access the Service, including without limitation the hardware model, operating system and version, browser type, unique device identifiers and mobile network information. Location Information: The App may collect information about the location of your device if you provide your consent.
Information We Collect From Other Sources – We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the Service. For example, analytics we may collect information about you from other users, identity verification services, credit bureaus, mailing list providers and publicly available sources. If you log into your account through sign-in services, like Facebook Connect, you provide EyeRecruit with permission to access certain information about you from Facebook or such other sign-in service, such as your Facebook User ID, user profile, friends list, user graph and profile picture. We also collect information from references about you, results of inquiries that we might make of your former employers, work colleagues, professional associations or registration bodies.
Use of Cookies – A cookie is a piece of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your hard drive and/or your mobile device to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. We reserve the right to enable cookies to track our online advertising efforts. How We Use Your Information – In order to present you as a potential candidate to potential employers (EyeRecruit clients), your personal information may be shared. By choosing to enter your personal information on EyeRecruit.com, you indicate your willingness to share and have your information considered, when appropriate, for one of EyeRecruit’s confidential executive searches or for job matching with a client vacancy. If you object to your information being shared and transferred in such manner or if you do not wish to participate in this service and benefit from the professional career searches that EyeRecruit provides, please do not enter your personal information into the website.
Your personal and sensitive information will be used for the primary purpose of facilitating search and recruitment tasks. When you register with this site or one of the web sites in our network, we ask you for personal information, such as your name, phone number, and email address. We use this information to match you with career opportunities offered through our global database or en executive search assignments and to contact you regarding suitable opportunities. We also use this information to solicit information regarding candidates. We contact individuals to solicit names, or other information about, potential candidates in connection with a recruitment assignment we are conducting. We use it to update your profile in our database, process your requests, to communicate with you about the status of your requests, and to review and improve the service we provide to you.
Personal information collected by us is used primarily for the purpose it is collected: to facilitate introductions between Job Seekers and potential Employers. It is also used to process the Employers Job Positing’s for the very best matches or review and consider applicants individually or in a group. Additionally registered users’ shipping and billing addresses are used for fulfilling the purchase orders and to bill a user’s credit card. The personal information provided in a resume and application is used to consider the eligibility of the candidates for open positions.
We may also use your email address to send you information about your account, such as newsletters to which you are subscribed during registration, as well as messages about any special offers, promotional announcements and consumer surveys, EyeRecruit services, account updates, services that may be of interest to you, or administrative messages regarding your account. You can manage your email list options under your account user settings. In addition, we may send job alert and other relevant text messages to your mobile phone number if you provide your mobile phone number and request these text alerts when you register with our Site.
By providing EyeRecruit with your email address, you consent to our using your email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address or phone number to send you, or call you about, other messages, special offers and third party partnerships that may be of interest to you, or provide you information about products, services, features, functionality, and other promotions regarding the Service. If you apply to a job posting as a Job Seeker, we will also use the email address you provide to email you job alerts that may be relevant to you. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences in your account page or by following the opt-out instructions in the message. You cannot opt-out of Service-related notices. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, offers, or new features or functionality
We may keep a record and copies of the correspondence, including but not limited to telephone recordings, email logs, and chat logs, of your interaction with us. If you speak with an EyeRecruit representative by telephone, we may monitor or record such calls for quality assurance and training purposes, unless you inform us that you wish to opt-out of such monitoring or recording. We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please check the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data and/or adjust your user preferences in your account profile.
In addition to the original purpose for which the personal information is collected, we may use the personal information to contact users to confirm information related to his/her order, to advise a user if an item is on back order or to provide a multitude of customer service and or collection efforts. We may also use personal information collected to contact users in connection with the inappropriate use of the EyeRecruit.com services. Additionally, the information is used for Security and Access. How We Share Your Information – We do not sell or rent the personal information collected to third parties. We do reserve the right to share information to facilitate online purchases of our products as we use third party distributors and shipping companies to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. EyeRecruit may employ, engage or retain certain trusted third parties to perform functions and/or provide services on its behalf. EyeRecruit will share only to the extent necessary to perform the functions and/or provide the services for which they have been employed, engaged or retained. If you click on a third party job posting and provide that party with your personal information, we have no responsibility or control over that information.
Civil Obligations – Our policy is to disclose personal information if legally required to do so, to protect the rights or property of EyeRecruit or our affiliated companies, or to protect the personal safety of users (you) or the general public. We reserve the right to disclose information if we believe that such action is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities (including instances where we suspect a User has uploaded to the Service a job posting or other information about a company from a third party website without the permission of the company who originally posted the job posting or other information to such third party website).
Business Transfers – EyeRecruit reserves the right to transfer, without your further consent, any and all information that we collect, to a third party in connection with a strategic alliance with such third party, or in the event of a sale of our company or one of our affiliates, a merger or consolidation involving EyeRecruit or one of it’s affiliates, or a sale or transfer of assets or any portion of our business or the businesses of one or more of our affiliates. We also reserve the right to share information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets or stock, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about our Users is among the assets transferred.

This also applies to all EyeRecruit Apps. We believe that all children should have the consent of a parent or guardian before gaining entry to the site and service. Information Retention – EyeRecruit reserves the right to retain the information it collects for a certain period of time in order to preserve the integrity of the EyeRecruit databases and for other business purposes.
